Mr. B C Thiruvengadam, the senior partner of the firm is a lawyer with 25 years standing in the Bar. Over this period he has established a very successful practice involving litigation as well as non-litigation matters. He holds Bachelor's Degrees in Commerce and Law from the University of Bangalore and an Intermediate Degree in Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Thiruvengadam is a Registered Indian Patent Agent and holds a Certificate in U.S. Patent Process Prosecution, from Sci3, Sunnyvale, California, U.S.A. He is one of the few lawyers who have been trained and certified as a mediator by the Institute of Study and Development of Legal System, San Francisco, U.S.A., International Center for Alternate Dispute Resolution, U.S.A., and the High Court of Karnataka.

Known for his capability of handling litigation as well as non litigation matters with ease he has successfully represented major Corporate giants such as Reliance Industries, Infosys Technologies Ltd, Canara Bank, Manipal Group (Mr. Ramesh Pai), Prakash Group, Kobian Singapore, etc. in major legal battles. He is acknowledged as a specialist litigation lawyer in the area of “Corporate Oppression and Mismanagement”.

He has been closely associated with the Information Technology and Venture Capital business since the mid eighties, involved in setting up India’s first Venture Capital fund and has handled several innovative legal modules in the areas of investment finance, mergers and acquisitions, information technology contracts, etc.

Mr. Thiruvengadam is the Indian faculty member of the renowned Chicago Kent College of Law, Chicago. Illinois, U.S.A. He has also lectured at other premier institutions in India and abroad, He has presented various technical papers at various seminars and conferences around the world

Ms. Revathi Thiruvengadam holds Bachelor's Degrees in Arts and Education from Sathya Sai University, Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Bangalore and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from the Delhi University. Admitted to the bar in 1992 she is also a Registered Indian Patent Agent. Her areas of practice include intellectual property law, real estate and conveyancing law and general commercial practice.

Mr. S. Ravindranath holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arts and a Master's Degree in Law from the Osmania University, Hyderabad. Admitted to the bar in the year 1972, he has established himself as a leading lawyer at Hyderabad practicing commercial and corporate law and is the partner in-charge of the Hyderabad branch. He represents most of the leading Corporate houses in Andhra Pradesh and is a specialist is Human Resources and Labour Law.

Mr. Ashok B. Patil holds Bachelor's Degrees in Science and Law and has over 25 years practice in commercial and corporate litigation. He enrolled as a member of the Karnataka State Bar in the year 1983 and handles various types of litigation including commercial and corporate.

Mr. M. Muthukumar holds a Law Degree from Madras University. With 18 years standing in the Bar he has been practicing at Chennai mainly on Corporate and general laws. Mr. Muthukumaran is the partner in charge of the Chennai branch.

Mr. L.C. Raghuram is an Associate partner of thiru and thiru, and holds Masters Degree in Structural Engineering and Bachelor’s Degree in Law. Apart from his other qualification he also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. He is a member of Indian Council of Arbitration. He specializes in Infrastructural Project, Engineering Contracts and alternate dispute resolution. He is an Associate Partner and heads the infrastructure Division of the firm.

Mr. M. Muthukumaran holds a Law Degree from Madras University. He enrolled as an advocate ten years back and has been practicing at Chennai mainly on Corporate and general laws. Mr. Muthukumaran is in charge of the Chennai branch.

Mr. Ramesh Venkatachalapathy holds a degree in law from Madras University and Masters degree from the Kent Law College, Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A. and he is a specialist in intellectual property law. He is based in Chennai as an associate of the firm.
